Subscription Agreement
This ongoing subscription allows one individual user to access the AllAboutAlpha.com “Knowledge Base” for a period of 3 months - automatically renewed in 3 month increments unless you cancel by email as per the terms below.
AllAboutAlpha’s Knowledge Base includes:
- Access to full versions of all articles posted on AllAboutAlpha.com since July 2006 (600+) containing insights into trends in the asset management and hedge fund industries.
- Access to a virtual library of nealy 200 academic studies, commercial white papers, and other resources distilled by our researchers from across the Internet.
- As a subscriber to our Knowledge Base, you automatically become a registered user of this website, allowing you to access additional content from time to time and to receive our monthly email update, “Alpha Mail”.
Single License
Your subscription to AllAboutAlpha.com’s Knowledge Base is for one individual only. Log-in from multiple domains will be flagged by our system and AllAboutAlpha.com reserves the right to discontinue your subscription without refund in the event that we believe a subscriber is sharing their passwords with other individuals. For multi-user subscriptions, please contact us directly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user account information. You must notify us immediately in the event of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your user account.
Online access
AllAboutAlpha.com uses ”WordPress”, a popular content management tool often used by web logs (”blogs”). Some computer networks block access to websites using this software. It is the subscriber’s sole responsibility to ensure their computer network allows them to access the services of AllAboutAlpha.com. In most cases, access to our website will indicate that the subscriber will also be able to access our password protected areas such as the Knowledge Base. However, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that their network settings are not changed to prevent access to AllAboutAlpha.com. In cases where a subscriber becomes unable to access our website, AllAboutAlpha.com is under no obligation to provide a refund of subscription fees.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Your subscription will automatically be renewed for further 3 month periods until you inform us by email at least 30 days before the end of any 3 month period and we acknowledge receipt of your email. Your credit card will be charged on the first day of each successive 3 month period. In the event we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access to any of our fee-based products.

This subscription agreement is subject exclusively to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein; and that the subscriber irrevocably attorns exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario.
